Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual
pay rate dependent upon experience. $24.00 - $33.25 Position

Inpatient units, The Link, BHS Urgent Care, and Behavioral Health

team environment Position Highlights: - Opportunity to experience a
variety of inpatient settings - Work with staff from many areas -
Average 1 LPN for 7-8 patient ratio - 100% self-schedule - Student
Loan Repayment: This LPN position is eligible for Avera’s Student
Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save
money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from
Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster. Varied
Shifts; 72hrs/2wks Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday rotation

patients. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview The LPN practices
under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice
registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care
provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for
which he/she is accountable; communicating and coordinating care
with well-defined nursing diagnoses, including all health team
members./n What you will do - Collects data and conducts a focused
nursing assessment of the health status of a patient. /n -
Participates with other health care providers in the development
and modification of the patient-centered health care plan. /n -
Implements nursing interventions within a patient-centered health
care plan. /n - Assists in the evaluation of responses to
interventions. /n - Provides for the maintenance of safe and
effective nursing care rendered directly or indirectly. /n -
Advocates for the best interest of the patient. /n - Communicates
and collaborates with patients and members of the health care team.
/n - Assists with health counseling and teaching. /n - Delegates
and assigns nursing interventions to implement the plan of care.
