Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Sioux Falls,
SD This is a full time permanent role with full time benefits and
$15K sign on bonus. Shift: 6AM - 6:15PM (every other weekend; every
other holiday) Job Summary: This position provides care to assigned
residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible
to perform the following according to location standards,
procedures and individualized resident care plans. Essential Duties
& Responsibilities: - Assures medications and treatments are
administered to assigned residents following nursing standards of
practice. Updates care plan as needed. - Basic Responsibilities: -
This position will be held accountable for complying with all
related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures
pertaining to his or her position and for fulfilling his or her
obligations - under the organization's corporate compliance
program. Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of
nursing. - Licensure for state of practice is required. - Basic
