How you will make an impact: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Trail Ridge Senior Living, you'll provide high-quality clinical care to our residents. You'll play a critical role in resident assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the residents' best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental, and social well-being. You will also provide oversight to nurse aids and med aides as directed by the DON. Schedule: Various shifts available - Overnight: full time 11:00 pm - 7:00 AM - One day of on call per week in addition to every 4th weekend on call What you will need: - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current LPN license within the state of South Dakota. - Long-Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome. - Must be able to work rotating on-call (1 day/week and every 4th weekend). - Must be at least 21 years old.
