Job Description:
The nurse practices independently in a clinical setting,
providing routine and complex care while managing long-term
goals.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering
treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and
families.
Utilizes the nursing process, demonstrates critical thinking, and
ensures safe, evidence-based care aligned with standards and
regulations.
Coordinates patient flow, directs unit operations, and maintains
equipment and documentation systems.
Ensures safety, quality improvement, and compliance with healthcare
laws.
Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, BLS, and 1
year of related experience.
Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, full-time.
