Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
(RCP-R) to provide compassionate respiratory care to patients of
all ages across various hospital areas, including critical care,
emergency, post-anesthesia, nurseries, and home care.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing,
implementing, and evaluating respiratory care plans with minimal
supervision. The role requires delivering high-quality care, making
independent decisions, and interacting considerately with patients
and families. Qualifications include licensure and registration
through the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board and the National
Board for Respiratory Care, current AHA BLS certification, and
prior clinical experience. Benefits include a sign-on bonus of
$20,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,000 for full-time
candidates.
