Work Shift:
Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends (United States of
America)
The pay range for this position is listed below. This position may
be eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $15,000*

problems, use healthy coping skills and set and complete goals.

Enjoys working with children ages 5 to 12 years old and adolescent
ages 13 to 17 years old as well as their families.
Has a passion helping patients with conditions such as Addiction,
Anxiety Disorders, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and
Depression or Suicidal behavior.
Appreciates an active, challenging care environment that requires
critical thinking.
Values autonomous professional nursing practice.
Possesses motivation to help create and deliver high-quality
patient care in an energizing team environment.
Adolescent program is expanding to 40 unit
- Child unit is a 14 bed unit
- Adolescent Residential is a 8 bed unit
- Opportunity to change lives of both Adolescent and Children
-1 LPN for 7-8 patient ratio
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the
goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Delivers
Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing
nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing
physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to
patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions,
medications, and self-care skills; re-evaluating care
objectives.
Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions;
communicating the nursing care plan and all pertinent information
to other members of the health care team; coordinating with other
healthcare providers; providing physical, emotional, psychological,
and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends;
conferring with physicians.
Develops nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories;
documenting patient physical condition, psychological status, and
influencing social factors; developing a nursing diagnosis;
establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing
interventions, schedules, and timetables.
Teaches healthcare requirements by establishing patient care goals;
instructing patient, family, and friends to understand condition,
medications, and self-care skills; Evaluates patient care by
adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes
against patient care standards; re-evaluating care objectives;
modifying nursing care plan.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy patient care environment by
adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication
administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance
regulations; adhering to organization standards and policies, and
to legal regulations; Documents patient care services by charting
in patient and department records.
Keeps patient care equipment operating by following operating
instructions and established procedures; Keeps patient care
supplies ready by checking stock; stocking items.
Maintains competence in nursing capabilities outlined by
leadership.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the
state of practice Upon Hire
