Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). -As the LNHA you will be tasked in overseeing the facility and ensuring that the highest quality of care is being conducted day in and day out.Responsibilities of LNHA:

• To lead a team of 50-60 employees and manage 40 beds.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members.
• Able to enforce the regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Create and maintain a budget.
• Hire staff and employees throughout all level inside the facility. -Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required preferred to be in healthcare
  • No RN License needed
  • LNHA License preferred or willing to get within the next year
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience preferred to be in long term care or nursing home settings.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
  • Ability to work outside of normal operating hour as needed
