Hospital Employed CRNA Opportunity

$225,000 Base Salary
$125,000 Student Loan Assistance over 5 Years
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus
$18,000 for Relocation Assistance
Annual Performance Bonus of $5,000
$3,000 per year for CME Dues and Fees
Annual 7% Retention Bonus
Work Schedule: 2 Weeks on; 1 Week off
