Job Description:
Behavioral Health Specialists Full Time Employed Compensation:
Competitive base compensation plus quarterly bonuses of 20-40% of
the salary Additional Info: - Collaborate as a member of the
Executive Team while implementing, managing, and evaluating
behavioral health services and clinical service delivery provided
across all programs- Provides clinical supervision of the agency
with a servant leadership style and makes suggestions for clinical
service provisions as needed- Recruit, evaluate, and train
internships throughout the agency- Use strategic planning to act as
a community liaison, developing relationships outside of the agency
to assist in the marketing of behavioral health
services.Qualifications:- Obtain/Maintain a LIMHP or LP license
through the state of Nebraska required- Previous leadership
experience required
