Job Description:
DATES NEEDED:9/13 8a-5p, 9/14 8a-5p, 9/27 8a-5p, 9/28 8a-5p,
9/29 8a-5p and 5p-8a call, 9/30 8a-5p, 10/1- 10/3 all day/weekend
8am 10/1 thru 8am 10/4SCOPE OF WORK:This an adult only, medically
stable, locked psych unit. Their census fluctuates but has been
around 4 to 8 lately. Conditions may include: Depression, Mania,
Addiction/Withdrawal, Behavior and Impulse Disorders,
Schizophrenia/PsychosisEMR is Cerner Power ChartZoom is used as
Tele platformProvider can work from anywhere as long as they have
active IA licenseSUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:IA license at time of
submission - RequiredBC Psychiatry or BE w/in 5 years of residency
- RequiredTele experience - Highly PreferredClean licenses and
background for emergency credentialing - RequiredDEA -
