The care we provide is more than just assistance with personal cares and light housekeeping. It is celebrating our Clients, allowing them to age with dignity and respect, and enriching their lives. We focus on building relationships and strive to make great matches between Clients and CAREPROS -because to us, it's personal.What we provide:

• Competitive pay. $15.25 -to $19.25 -per hour depending on experience with weekend shift differentials

  • Past experience as a caregiver (personal or professional) providing personal cares
  • Must be at least 16 -years of age
  • Have a current driver's license
  • Have reliable transportation with current insurance
  • Able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to comfortably lift 25 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Adaptability to a variety of diverse situations and backgrounds

    -Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Companionship and conversation
    • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
    • Medication and appointment reminders
    • Alzheimer's Car
    • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
    • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
    • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record -check and drug screen
    • Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead*
