We are looking for Nurses to care for Pediatric Patients in their home and possibly at school in the Siouxland area.We serve clients that range in age from infants to teens.We have a variety of shifts- Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekdays and Weekends.Locations, Ages, Shifts:

  • Must have good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Current CPR certification or obtain prior to providing careResponsibilities of the Licensed -Practical Nurse (LPN): -
    • One to one patient care in a home environment
    • Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
    • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
    • Patient assessments, coordination of care
