Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The role of the Office Service
Manager is to provide a wide variety of duties to support the
office Account Manager and other general administration of the
office. This position will also assist Risk Advisors during crop
season. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Greet all guests
immediately and professionally; in person and incoming calls
Consistently monitor and maintain facility areas ensuring that they
are stocked, neat and orderly Organize your day to effectively
complete the assigned duties as evidenced by feedback from
department staff Understand the functionality of the Epic systems
as it relates to your job duties Precisely map crop fields for
clients Update paper crop files Provide support to the account
management and production teams Process insurance policies for the
account manager Organize data for the account manager Accurately
prepare information to ensure quality control of data in the agency
management system; meet with team to discuss and share updates and
information Answer billing or general customer service questions as
presented by client, as needed Maintain confidentiality of client
and company information Perform other duties as assigned
appropriate to the position EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School
diploma or GED required College level business courses helpful
Insurance industry experience preferred P&C and Crop insurance
license required, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of
employment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and able
to learn and utilize other computer applications SKILLS &
COMPETENCIES Excellent organizational, planning, and
problem-solving skills - must be able to manage projects and time
independently Ability to meet defined deadlines Strong attention to
detail and accuracy Strong and proficient data entry skills Ability
to concisely answer questions Collaborative team player Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple
assignments and projects Self-motivated individual who thrives in a
fast-paced, changing environment Ability to work with leaders of
the organization, treats external and internal clients

and confidentiality PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands

regularly required to communicate verbally and to listen for

for long periods of time often in front of a computer monitor and
operate a computer keyboard. The employee must occasionally lift
and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth
perception, and ability to adjust focus. Summary: This job
