Your role will have you working on all aspects of the on-demand high-touch virtual services experience with Estee Lauder's range of brands. -Our team works to develop, launch, and continuously enhance capabilities. - - We work cross-functionally and cross-brand with the end goal of delivering joyful customer experiences, and business value for our brand partners.
This role will -create, maintain and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for their product area(s). The Manager, Product Management is responsible for leading out on enterprise level scoping, enhancements, and innovations to the Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) global virtual services suite of capabilities. -They would be managing scope of site enhancement requests/new feature builds, understand business requirements and -needs, -and -ensure the -operational integrity of the architecture. This role leverages -their project management skills to perform the day-to-day management of projects/tasks/resources but -goes beyond this remit to work across the business -in order to produce the final deliverable on time and to budget.
Ideate, build and implement great digital products and experiences that deliver business value and improved consumer experiences

Create and communicate product strategy across organizations and teams to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives

Break down -a backlog of strategic initiatives into actionable Stories for the product team, refining -on a regular basis -to clearly understand -requirements, dependencies, -and document any risks and -assumptions
Manage expectations within the confines of the Story and Feature being committed to -- defining internal and external requirements, demoing with all partners and stakeholders, and ensuring communication is open and -transparent
Understand potential impact to the timescale and -escalating issues/concerns immediately in order to avert projects running over time/budget
Ensure continuous delivery, working with release managers and -devops -leads
Accountable for -the continued operational integrity of the product, -decisions made throughout -the -development -lifecycle -including -triage of production -incidents
Act -as a quality gatekeeper for all -team -deliverables - ensure that standards are met and -ensure that Stories meet the Acceptance -Criteria
Develop strong relationships with both the -product manager and business owners to -ensure -that potential opportunities are identified and -shared -in a timely -manner
Maintain -and prioritize the team -backlog, inclusive of controlling technical debt
Attend actively engage in daily standups and all ceremonies of the product -team
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

5+ -years' experience -in delivering / producing digital projects.

Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of eCommerce products, platforms and technologies
Strong knowledge of human centered design principles
Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
Successful track record with agile methodologies and iterative development processes
Superior problem-solving with strong strategic, white-spacing thinking
Able to sell ideas and clearly explain product concepts to both technologists and non-technical business and design focused individuals
Build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team initiatives
Possesses a strong curiosity to test, experiment, try new things and seeks answers
Experience and a high degree of comfort with -ongoing -technological and organizational change
