Feedlot ManagerFeedlot Manager Description:A small sized, family-owned finishing feedlot in the Sioux City area is in urgent need of a Feedlot Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisor or management experience in a feedlot setting with the skillset to be well rounded, hands-on working manager. This company truly treats their employees like family and are looking for someone with solid core values that match the integrity and reputation of their operation. They have an excellent record of long-term employees on the yard and are looking to add another member to "the family." They provide industry competitive pay for the size of the operation, benefits, PTO, company vehicle, and other perks. Feedlot Manager Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the operation and employees
• Animal health, feeding, inventory, limited office responsibilities, and upkeep of the facilities and equipment
• Grow and maintain relationships with producers/customersFeedlot Manager Requirements:
  • 3+ years of practical hands-on experience in a finishing feedlot setting
  • Ability to manage employees and delegate tasks
  • Strong understanding of cattle health
  • Effective communicator
