Revival is seeking a Director of Operations who is responsible for the safety, operational, financial and service performance for our warehouse operations.

Primary Purpose of the Job:
As Director of Operations, you are responsible for the operations of the 22,400 sq. ft. packaging and warehousing facility. You will be accountable for achieving overall operating results consistent with individual and company performance goals.

Essential Duties
Provide leadership direction and coaching to a team of 20+ warehouse and inventory control personnel responsible for the coordination, shipping, receiving, regulatory compliance, and logistics of raw materials and products
Oversee warehouse operations, working to establish an engaged work environment with a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
Partner and collaborate with other functions and leaders to improve processes to enable Revival to serve the growing customer base in a reliable and cost-effective manner
Analyze data to identify root causes of inefficiencies. Mentor direct reports on how to identify issues using the root cause analysis method and oversee improvement initiatives and the adoption of best practices
Develop the vision for the facility based on the existing company growth strategy. May lead, manage, and participate in warehouse and capacity capital projects
Implement and optimize inventory control systems, policies, processes, and procedures and identify opportunities for technology support and automation of warehouse operations
Responsible for the company's product procurement needs, both proprietary brand and national brands, to insure we have the right products in the right place at the right time.
Manage outsourced distribution activities with 3PLs, CMOs, and other external suppliers
Ensure the building is always prepared for either an internal or external audit
Establish safe working practices for all tasks and ensure employees receive effective and timely training in safe work practices and within the regulations of all OSHA local and state as well as FDA regulations. Observe safety policies, report unsafe acts, hazards and maintain clean and orderly department.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of ten years of operations/warehouse experience, with at least four years of team leadership
BS or BA in a related field
A thorough understanding of business operations / management
Experience with managing safety, and following OSHA regulations and solid working knowledge of relevant regulatory guidance, including FDA and QA/QC is highly desirable
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen or Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Methods
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.
Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Strong experience with enterprise systems, NetSuite and DSI preferred
Knowledge and experience with cold chain logistics desirable
Experience and knowledge with setting up a new warehouse or designing materials flows a plus
Ability to manage multiple people, handle confidential information, manage multiple priorities with a high attention to detail.
Ability to make effective decisions in an expedient manner.
