The Headlines: In the role of Human Resource Business Partner working at the multi-site near Sioux City IA, you will be delivering Human Resource strategies and imperatives by building capability and create culture change through World Class Manufacturing fundamentals.This position reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with leadership, the broader HRBP team, local and corporate Learning and Development, and other stakeholder teams. Strategic thinking is imperative for this manufacturing site.The Responsibilities:* Provide HR Leadership by collaborating with functional leaders and ensuring that all key HR and business processes are correctly executed. You will plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and programs in a changing environment.* Lead talent and career management to grow talent and driver performance* Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure effective labor and employee relations.* Create a culture of continuous learning and development. Partner with line management to provide the leadership required to advance employee technical and leadership skills.* Lead change management in collaboration with manufacturing development, learning and development, and communications. Ensure new work practices align with the manufacturer's business strategy through appropriate change methodology and organizational anchoring.* Promote employee health and wellness.* Lead team performance, talent, and career management and create a culture of employee engagement.Other Qualifications:* You must have a Bachelor's degree or SHRM* MUST HAVE Manufacturing background* SHRM would be beneficial - but not required* You have at least 10 years of experience in human resources with strong generalist experience and a focus on leadership level partnerships.* Prefers previous site leadership experience.* You should have a working knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations in the HR field.* You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
