Rueter's, a certified dealer for a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment brands, is looking for an experienced full-time Service and Parts Manager at our Sioux City location to oversee all personnel and responsibilities of the Service and Parts Department.
Founded in 1951, Rueter's has been in the equipment business for over sixty years guaranteeing total customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale. This fast growing company has 7 locations in the state of Iowa, and Nebraska.The ideal candidate will have previous parts counter construction and/or agricultural equipment technician experience. Experience as a service writer or service manager is also highly desirable. Candidates should be energetic, motivated self-starters who are team oriented with a positive attitude and the desire to provide excellent customer service.JOB FUNCTION:To oversee all personnel and responsibilities assigned to the service and department including sales, inventory, marketing, training and goals set forth by the Division Managers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - The Big 4:

• Develop and maintain effective service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Review all repair orders for accuracy and completeness concerning parts, materials, and labor.
• Manage inventory by forecasting/maintaining proper stock order levels and building returns
• Work with marketing to develop and implement a marketing plan focusing on specific parts promotional activities and advertising to support sales and goals

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some evening and weekends as necessary.
