Our Commercial HVAC Equipment Support Technician is responsible for project plans and specifications, making equipment selections to meet job/project requirements. This position works closely with the Project Manager. Here's what you'll do: Work within Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Products such as excel and word type files. Work directly with the Project Manager from the start to finish of the job. Download plans and specifications. Make equipment selections to meet specifications and project requirements. And more! Here's what will get you noticed: Knowledge of HVAC is preferred, but not required. Strategic and self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills. Strong work ethic, but team focused. Deadline oriented with ability to multi-task. Ability to read and understand HVAC plans and specifications is preferred, but not required. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Here's what you'll need to be successful: Ability to coordinate with others and maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Self-starter, with strong business understanding, strong self-direction. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Willingness to learn, ask questions and pursue multiple solutions to a problem. Maintain confidentiality of information. Willing to work flexible hours as needed. Good Attitude and works well with others.
