Impactful Role: Maintain, diagnose, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring comfort, safety, and energy efficiency in our properties. Responsibilities: HVAC System Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and recommend preventative measures. Repairs and Installations: Execute repairs, replacements, and installations, adhering to safety regulations. Emergency Response: Provide prompt support for HVAC emergencies, minimizing downtime. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports on system performance. Resident Interaction: Communicate effectively with management teams and residents, providing guidance on energy-efficient practices. Qualifications: Certifications: HVAC Certification from the State of South Dakota and EPA Certification are mandatory. Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in property management. Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency in repairs.
