Join the RMS Roller-Grinder team as a Manufacturing Engineer , where your ideas will have a direct impact on product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Here is what you will do: Project Management Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with RMS quality standards. Product Development Support Support in the design and component selection for new and existing equipment. Provide feedback on manufacturability, material selection, and production methods. Work closely with design and production teams to transition new products from concept to full-scale manufacturing. Data Collection & Analysis Collect and analyze warranty and component failure data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. Support onsite customer troubleshooting and testing to determine root causes and validate equipment. Lead rapid prototyping efforts and collect testing data to help determine design or component changes. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting component and production issues and developing effective, long-term solutions. Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts in partnership with Operations teams. Process Improvement & Optimization Analyze and improve existing engineering and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies throughout Operations. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience). 5 years of engineering or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles a plus. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is beneficial. Join our team and apply TODAY!
