Job Description The role involves supervising and performing
advanced-level electrical duties, including installation,
preventative maintenance, repair, testing, and ensuring code
compliance of equipment on an active construction site. This
position certifies compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
Centered at a healthcare facility, the position may also involve
managing several additional electricians. Responsibilities
Supervise and perform advanced-level electrical installations.
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local electrical codes.
Perform electrical testing and ensure code compliance. Manage
additional electricians on-site. Certify compliance with relevant
laws and regulations. Essential Skills Master Electrician License
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
and/or a combination of education and experience Minimum five (5)
years of high-voltage (over 480v) experience High voltage
electrical maintenance and repair Electrical testing and
troubleshooting Experience with power generation systems and
switchgear Ability to read, understand, follow, and communicate
instructions Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership abilities and team management experience Job Type &
Location This is a Permanent position based out of McLean, VA. Pay
and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 -
$130000.00/yr. This position is eligible for company-paid medical
insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment,
long-term disability, 401(K) retirement plan, and our employee
assistance program (EAP). Hensel Phelps also believes in the
importance of taking time to recharge. As a result, employees are
eligible for paid time off beginning upon hire. Based on position
location, a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) may also be included
