Job Description Job Description Lead Harness Technician – Centennial, CO Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $40/hr About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for multiple experienced and motivated Lead Harness Technician to guide a team in assembling wire and cable harnesses for aerospace and electronics applications. If you enjoy hands-on work and leading others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. What You’ll Do Lead a team in assembling wire, cable, and sleeving materials Perform tasks like soldering, crimping, potting, labeling, and connector loading Operate stripping machines and manual tools Review documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities) Inspect materials for damage or defects Build harnesses using assembly boards Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Report safety concerns and follow all safety protocols Support team punctuality and adherence to schedules Take on additional tasks as needed What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED 3–5 years of experience in electronics or assembly Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures Preferred Skills IPC 620/610 and J-STD-001 certifications preferred Strong soldering and crimping skills Experience with box builds and ESD practices Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting Why You’ll Love It Here Be part of a growing company with a brand-new, high-tech facility Make a real impact by leading a team and driving quality Work in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow your leadership and technical skills Work Environment Manufacturing facility with advanced tools and technology Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs Safety is a top priority Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
