Job Description:
Mitchell Technical College is seeking an adjunct General
Education instructor to join the Mitchell Technical College (MTC)
Team for the Summer 2026 semester. The position is open until
filled. Requirements and Qualifications Masters degree in the
subject area you will be teaching or a masters degree in an
different discipine and a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in
the subject area you will be teaching Current needs are in the area
of Sociology and Psychology Pass a state and federal criminal
background check. Preferred Skills Teaching experience is preferred
but indiviudals with a strong educational background will be
considered Communicate effectively, master change, work in groups,
and have strong customer orientation. Excellent time management,
organizational skills, and attention to detail are a plus. The
Instructor will be responsible for: Developing lesson plans,
teaching assigned courses, and assessing student progress.
