Job Description:
Mitchell Technical College is seeking a full-time General
Education instructor to join the Mitchell Technical College general
education team for the 2026-27 school year. The postion is open
until filled. If you have an advanced degree and a background in
fields like Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or English this
is your chance to empower the next generation of technical
professionals. We are seeking an instructor dedicated to developing
the critical thinking and communication skills students need to
compete globally. Specific course assignments will depend on
qualifications and the 2026-27 academic schedule. Requirements and
Qualifications A master's degree in the discipline you will be
teaching OR a master's degree in a different field and at least 18
graduate credit hours in the discipline you will be teaching is
preferred. Teaching experience is preferred, but we will consider
individuals with strong educational backgrounds and excellent
planning and communication skills. Benefits include health, dental,

drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault
prevention and response, timely warnings, emergency response, and
