Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide school-based therapy services in the Aurora, IL area. This
full-time position offers the chance to work primarily with
elementary-age students in both general education and special
education settings, including students with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD). Candidates who hold SLP certifications such as CCC,
CFY, or school-based credentials are encouraged to apply, with new
graduates welcome as supervision is provided. Responsibilities
include managing an elementary caseload with a maximum of 35-40
students, conducting therapy sessions within school hours, and
collaborating with educators to support student communication
goals. Orientation and ongoing support are provided to ensure a
smooth transition and professional success. Key Qualifications:
Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC, CFY, or
School-based credentials) Ability to work effectively within
general and special education environments Comfort engaging with
students with ASD and diverse needs Strong communication and
organizational skills Flexibility to create a schedule that aligns
with school hours Location & Schedule: Position located in Aurora,
IL Travel involved, with one home-base school and elementary-only
caseload School year contract, approximately 37.5 hours per week
