Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
part-time position is tailored for a licensed Speech-Language
Pathologist to support elementary students in a vibrant school
setting in Aurora, IL. The role spans one full semester, beginning
January 5th through May 29th, 2026, with a commitment of
approximately 2.5 days per week. The focus is on elementary-aged
children across Pre-K to 5th grade, working with a caseload of 12
students on Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and 7 students
receiving Response to Intervention (RTI) services. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized speech-language therapy
tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with educators and
support staff to develop and implement effective communication
interventions Monitor student progress and update documentation in
compliance with school policies Participate in meetings related to
student IEPs and RTI plans Foster a supportive and inclusive
environment for all students served Qualifications: Valid Illinois
State Licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Professional Educator
License (PEL) with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology
Masters degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged children in a
school setting preferred Location: Elementary School in Aurora,
Illinois Working Schedule: Part-time, approximately 2.5 days per
week from January 5th to May 29th, 2026 This contractual role
offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the
