Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A healthcare
professional with specialized skills in Speech-Language Pathology
(SLP) is needed for an exciting contract opportunity in La Vista,
NE. This position involves working primarily with K-6 students in
an elementary school setting to support speech and language
development for children requiring services. The assignment will
cover the remainder of the current school year, providing a
valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school
environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and
language therapy services to K-6 students. Assess, diagnose, and
create individualized treatment plans for students with speech and
language disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
Desired Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working in school settings,
specifically with elementary grade levels. Knowledge of
speech-language interventions appropriate for children aged 5 to
12. Ability to work onsite full-time in La Vista, NE. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Assignment Details:
Location: La Vista, Nebraska Setting: Elementary School (Grades
K-6) Duration: Contract through end of current school year
(approximately March to May) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Onsite work
