Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school in Aurora, IL,
is seeking qualified professionals for contract positions as
Behavior Specialists with BCBA certification for the current school
year. These roles support specialized classrooms within a special
education cooperative. Key Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working in K-12
educational settings, particularly with special education students
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and
behavior intervention strategies Ability to develop and implement
behavior support plans tailored to individual student needs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with students, educators, and families Location:
Aurora, Illinois Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral
assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Provide ongoing
training and support to teachers, aides, and families on ABA
practices and behavior management Monitor student progress and
adjust plans as necessary to promote positive behavioral outcomes
Collaborate with special education teams and other service
providers to ensure comprehensive support Maintain accurate
