In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them navigate our extensive range of financial products including retirement planning and brokerage services. Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Help customers understand various financial products and services available to them. Process transactions and forms related to financial accounts. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex issues ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay current with the latest developments in financial products and regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of financial services and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills 401k FINRA Series 7 or Series 63 certification preferred but not required
