Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Sioux City office in a temp-to-hire capacity through Short Staffed. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage documentation and computer-based tasks efficiently. While insurance experience and bilingual skills are strongly preferred, they are not required. We are also open to considering experienced insurance professionals with a proven sales background. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service in person, over the phone, and electronically Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records Utilize computer systems and office software to manage customer information Apply critical thinking skills to resolve customer questions and concerns Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and priorities Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with documentation standards Qualifications: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Solid computer literacy; experience with office and customer management systems preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Insurance experience and/or bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required Open to experienced insurance professionals with a sales track record
