What You'll Do: As an Installation Professional, you will be a key member of our team responsible for: Creating an Unparalleled Experience: Deliver exceptional service by performing at the highest level possible. Installation & Maintenance: Expertly install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems. Efficient Resource Management: Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment. Customer Engagement: Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed. Vehicle & Equipment Care: Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order. Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required. Cross-Training: Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions. Job Requirements: Can-Do Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to work. Professional Appearance & Personality: Maintain a professional image and demeanor. Excellent Communication Skills: Effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration Knowledge: Proven expertise in the field. CFC Certification: Required for the role. Valid Drivers License: A clean driving record is a must. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
