a client to fill Insurance Client Services Representative
positions. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire Key Details Start:
Immediately Schedule: Onsite, full-time Omaha, NE Duration: 3
months, with potential to convert to full-time Interview Process:
Single 30-minute interview with the supervisor and director of
service Interviews scheduled within 24 hours Must-Have
Qualifications Experience: 3 years of customer service (preferably
in a call center) OR 1 year if it’s in the insurance space Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication Strong conflict
resolution Sales and customer service ability Organizational skills
and attention to detail Time management and ability to meet
deadlines Nice-to-Haves Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in
Business Administration or related field Current P&C license
Automotive insurance experience Previous insurance industry
experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and
assist agents/brokers with product options for their clients Ensure
timely and accurate entry of inbound leads Work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment Maintain high service standards and
multitask effective
