be working with? L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer,
manufacturer, and distributor or MESABI cooling and heat transfer
solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining,
oil, gas, construction, and heavy industrial industries. How will
you make a difference? As a member of the team, you will be
responsible for the assembly of our MESABI Heat Exchangers. The
assembly team does a variety of tasks depending on the day -
anything from pushing tubes, testing the heat exchangers, to
assembling the crate for the final product to be shipped in. We are
looking for individuals of all skill levels. This position works
directly with other assemblers, assembly supervisors, and the
production manager when necessary. What do we want to know about
you? /n - 18 years or older /n - High school diploma or GED with 1
year of work experience. /n - Strong mechanical ability and
experience using power tools and forklift when necessary. /n /n
What will your typical day look like? /n - Assemble MESABI Heat
Exchangers /n - Assist in other areas of production as needed if
qualified. /n - Perform work in a safe manner and follow all safety
guidelines and procedure. /n - Domestic and international travel is
possible depending on the project. /n - Perform related work or job
duties as required by supervisor. /n /n Our job titles may span
more than one career level. The hourly range for this role is
between $21.00 - $30.00. The actual hourly rate offered to a
candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as
training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business
needs, market demands, and work location. The base pay range is
subject to change and may be modified in the future. What about the
physical demands of the job? /n - Lift a minimum of 50lbs. /n -
Stand on concrete for 8-10 hours. /n - Work in high heat conditions
/n - Use power tools while standing, twisting, crouching, standing
on step ladder, or holding them above your head. /n /n Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities Required for Entry Level: /n - Regular and
reliable attendance. /n - Exposure to blueprint reading. /n -
Mechanical ability, operating air impacts, drills, other power
tools. /n - Read tape measure, calipers, and micrometers. /n -
Ability to learn and advance quickly. /n - Good at problem solving.
/n - Self-motivated. /n - Understand and carry out simple oral and
written instructions. /n - Show ability to read, write and use
basic math skills. /n - Ability to communicate, in English,
effectively and clearly by both written and verbal means. /n -
Ability to pass a pre-employment written math test, physical, drug,
and background test. /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n - Knowledge
of Epicor or similar ERP system. /n - Experience in Lean
Manufacturing /n /n You may also be asked to perform other duties
outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will
be provided if necessary. This role is also eligible for a
