We are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to join our growing team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with a strong background in CAD drafting who is ready to contribute to a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. What You'll Do As a Civil Engineering Technician, you'll support our engineering and surveying staff by preparing technical plans and documentation, including: Conceptual and preliminary designs Plan and profile sheets for street, sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer projects Grading and erosion control plans Site layouts and cross sections Detail drawings and topographic surveys Boundary surveys and plats What We're Looking For Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (or equivalent) Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong communication skills and attention to detail A positive, enthusiastic attitude and solid work ethic Bonus: Experience with MicroStation What We Offer A modern, efficient work environment Professional growth and development opportunities Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical/RX, dental, and vision insurance Long-term disability and supplemental insurance Generous 401(k) match Paid vacation, sick leave, and 10 holidays per year Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
