Location: Omaha, NE (Regional Travel Required) Schedule:
Monday–Saturday | 10-hour shifts | Start time ~7:00 AM Job Overview
We are seeking a Precast Concrete Patcher to join a growing
construction team specializing in precast concrete repair. In this
role, you will travel to job sites and ensure precast concrete
panels meet quality standards by repairing surface imperfections
and structural openings upon arrival. You’ll work hands-on with
concrete and brick-faced precast panels, performing patching,
finishing, and tuck pointing. This position is ideal for
construction professionals with strong concrete or carpentry
experience who are comfortable traveling and working outdoors in
changing conditions. Key Responsibilities Repair surface
imperfections in precast concrete, including air bubbles, holes,
scratches, and other defects Patch and finish precast panels upon
delivery to job sites Perform tuck pointing on precast panels that
include brick finishes (training provided) Fill unused electrical
outlet openings and other penetrations Cut out minor wall sections
for windows, outlets, and installation needs Work closely with a
partner while traveling to regional job sites Maintain quality,
safety, and productivity standards at all times Required
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of construction experience ,
preferably in concrete or carpentry Ability to consistently lift
50–100 lbs Strong work ethic with a stable employment history
Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors in all weather
conditions Basic understanding of construction tools and job-site
safety Preferred Skills & Experience Commercial construction
experience Concrete finishing or precast concrete experience Finish
carpentry skills Tuck pointing or masonry repair experience Work
Environment & Travel Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Approximately 80% travel , primarily within: Kansas City area Rural
Nebraska South Dakota Occasional travel to Minnesota or Texas
Travel is completed with another team member Company card provided
for hotel accommodations $40 per diem for days worked outside of
Omaha Required PPE includes work boots, jeans, hard hat, vest, and
high-visibility clothing Compensation & Benefits Two additional
bonus checks per year , each equivalent to one month’s pay (Work 12
months, get paid for 14) Red Wing boot voucher at 6 months Cold
weather gear voucher at 12 months Consistent, full-time work with

Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha,
NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 -
$25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
