This position with the Duininck Construction team offers the opportunity to safely transport equipment and materials to various job sites, support crew operations, and contribute to high-quality project delivery throughout our region. The Role: Safely operate assigned trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver equipment or materials such as aggregate, hot mix, asphalt, or dirt. Secure loads in accordance with safety regulations and company policy. Coordinate closely with crew members during pickup and delivery to ensure safe and efficient workflow. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and proper operating condition. Complete required documentation such as inspections, prorate forms, and other compliance reporting. Communicate with dispatch and the One Call System when maintenance or repairs are needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Work Environment: Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs. Travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas. What we Look For: Commercial Driver’s License required; Class A CDL preferred. Current DOT Health Card required. Tanker Endorsement preferred. Ability to speak and communicate in English. Knowledge of safety regulations, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards. Commitment to safe driving, load security, and reliable transportation practices. Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people and positions.
