Incorporated, we are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual
to join our team as a general laborer for our Commercial Asphalt
division. As a general laborer, your primary responsibility will be
to assist the asphalt crew in various construction-related tasks.
We are a EOE & a Pre employement Drug Screen & Physical is
required. Pay: $24 / hr DOE This is a Construction Season Full Time
position with full benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401 K
Vacation & Sick Leave Life Insurance Holiday Pay Overtime Pay is
after 8hrs a day not 40 hrs Cell Phone reimbursement Uniforms What
to expect on with this job Hours are usually 10 plus hrs / day 5
days a week - rarely a Saturday work Some travel required in the
Southeast area of State Depending on Jobsite - overnight stays are
suggested but not required Responsibilities Provide general
construction labor support to the asphalt crew. Assist in the
preparation, installation, and repair of asphalt surfaces. Operate
hand tools, shovels, and other equipment as necessary. Follow
safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work
environment. Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks,
including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather
conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from
experienced team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
