responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of
medium to large-scale electrical utility construction projects.
This role oversees all phases of execution — from planning and
scheduling to financial performance, documentation, and client
coordination — while supporting field operations and strengthening
customer relationships across multiple projects. What You’ll Do
Lead the full lifecycle of transmission, distribution, or
substation construction projects Develop and manage project
schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate internal teams,
subcontractors, and clients to achieve project objectives Track
project costs, productivity, and materials to ensure profitability
Oversee RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project closeouts
Enforce safety policies, quality standards, and environmental
requirements Identify project risks and implement corrective
actions Prepare progress reports and financial updates for
leadership Support estimating, bidding, and business development
initiatives What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction
Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) 5 years of
project management experience in electrical utility or heavy civil
construction Strong knowledge of transmission, distribution, or
substation construction Ability to manage multiple projects while
meeting budget and schedule targets Proficiency with MS Office and
project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to
