Job Description Job Description Design Crete is an industry leader in commercial epoxy flooring and concrete polishing in the Sioux Falls area. We are growing and looking to add dedicated installers to our flooring install teams. Key Responsibilities Floor Preparation: Using power equipment and manual tools to prep surfaces. Product Application: Mixing and applying epoxy flooring products with high accuracy. Equipment Operation: Handling various polishing and grinding power equipment. Project Leadership: Stepping up to lead crews, manage project flow, and ensure quality control. Maintenance: General cleaning and upkeep of grinding/polishing equipment and job sites. Qualifications Reliability: You must show up to work on time every day. Work Ethic: Strong physical stamina and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Experience: Previous experience with epoxy or concrete polishing or we are willing to train the right person who is willing to learn and apply themselves to the trade. Leadership Potential: A desire to take ownership of projects, problem solve and guide a team. Our crews meet at our shop in Tea each morning and travel to jobsites from there. Jobsites are typically in the Sioux Falls area, occasionally some overnight travel is required (possibly 1-2 times per year). Position is full-time only. Expect to get 40 hours per week. Our crews do not typically work on nights, weekends, or holidays. Pay range is between $17-$22 /hour, depending on experience. Starting pay will be more with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
