Salary and Benefits
This position is in Salary Grade 210, with a minimum salary of
$16.48 per hour. The successful candidate's salary will be
calculated based on education and experience within the grade
range. This position is eligible for full-time fringe benefits
package.

General Description
The purpose of this position is to assist the Allied Health
Department with providing educational needs to the 20-county area,
including various health educational activities, initiating
workshops, and classes for community needs. This is accomplished by
assisting the Director of Allied Health with determining topic and
title of workshops/classes; contacting instructors; determining
duration of the workshop/class; determining methods of payment,
contract agreements and equipment needs; assisting with
registration arrangements; reserving rooms; providing Registrar's
Office and Business Office with class information and number of
students; providing Business Office with expenses incurred by
instructors; and determining instructor pay. Other duties include
managing Nurse Aide, Medication Aide, Dietary Management, Culinary
Arts, Advanced Life Support, CPR/AED, and First aid programs by
preparing payroll paperwork and contracts; assisting with
registrations; preparing audit reports; assisting in interviewing
prospective instructors; assisting with state approval, course
paper work and tracking instructor licensing.
Qualifications: Education
An associate's degree is required.
Qualification:Experience
This position requires knowledge of administrative professional
practices obtained through two years of administrative professional
or similar clerical work experience.
Qualification:Skills
This position requires strong computer skills with the use of
Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new programs,
including Northeast's Learning Management System and Oracle
reporting systems. Knowledge of CPR, Nurse Aide and Medication Aide
practices would be helpful, but not necessary. Valid driver's
license is required.
