Responsibilities: Field telephone calls Interact with membership regarding billing Create spreadsheets with Excel Maintain an organized filing system Comfortable with using the Internet and Microsoft Office products Place orders for office equipment or business needs Enter data into reports as needed Basic computer, instant messaging, and phone system skills Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail Ability to organize and create orderly systems Experienced in computer use that includes Microsoft Office We will provide all necessary training on our member management system We are looking forward to receiving your application.
