You’ll own inventory and cost reporting, partner directly with plant leadership, and drive insights that shape performance and profitability. W hy You’ll Love This Role Competitive Pay with bonus eligibility Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime Hours Direct Hire opportunity with stability and growth What You’ll Do : Lead inventory and standard cost accounting across manufacturing operations Own financial performance, including cost center and variance analysis Drive SAP costing accuracy, material master integrity, and ERP improvements Partner with operations and FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Strengthen internal controls and lead continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 6 years of accounting experience with strong exposure to manufacturing cost accounting Experience working in SAP or a similar ERP system Solid knowledge of GAAP, inventory accounting, standard costing, and financial reporting Ability to partner with operations leadership and manage internal controls and audits Benefits and Perks: Competitive Pay with bonus Medical, Vision.
