Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Accountant (CPA) to support core accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. accounting standards. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and requires a strong understanding of GAAP, audit support, and financial controls. What You’ll Do Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP Maintain general ledger integrity, including journal entries and reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local accounting regulations Analyze financial data and provide reporting insights to management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows Requirements Active CPA license required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to work onsite in Omaha, NE High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings options Continuing education and professional development support Stable, team-oriented work environment
