tax preparation and consulting to tailored financial plans with

their employees! As a Senior Accountant/Manager at McMill CPAs &
Advisors you will: Perform tax planning, preparation of tax returns
and consulting. Provide financial planning advice including
investments, retirement and estate planning. Assist with audit
engagement services. Direct accountants and staff assistants,
review programs, review working papers for accuracy and
completeness and review the financial statements for suitability of
presentation. Participate in the development of staff and leading
technical training. Work directly with the clients attorneys,
taxing authority agents, and other third-parties. Other duties as
assigned, Experience & Skills: Strong attention to detail with
excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player not only focused
on personal growth, but also growth of the team. Holds a CPA
designation and in good standing with the State of Nebraska. 5 to 7
years work experience in a public accounting firm in the tax or
audit department. Series 65 license is preferred but can be
obtained after employment in order to provide investment management
services. Knowledge of Microsoft Office SeriesExcel, Word and
Outlook. Knowledge of Axcess Tax, Engagement, and Fixed Assets
Program a bonus.
