Responsibilities: Manage and review Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare
cost reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Calculate monthly
Medicare 3rd Party Settlements and develop annual revenue
deductions. Oversee the collection and audit of cost report data
from multiple facilities. Provide guidance on state and federal
regulatory changes, analyzing financial impacts. Serve as a
financial advisor on reimbursement, compliance, and charge master
oversight. Collaborate with Finance, Decision Support, and Revenue
Cycle teams to resolve reimbursement issues. What We're Looking
For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a
related field. 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, with
exposure to regulatory and cost reporting. Familiarity with
reimbursement settings (PPS, SCH, CAH, RHC, SNF) preferred. Strong
analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information
effectively. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to
