Free health insurance for full-time single coverage 5% employer retirement match Generous paid time off (PTO) Hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities Competitive compensation up to $130K base salary Additional $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Join a collaborative, mission-driven team where you can lead key financial operations What You'll Do: Oversee monthly close processes, financial reporting, and audits Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Lead and mentor accounting teams to drive performance and achieve goals Manage tax filings (e.g., 990s, property tax) and balance sheet reconciliations Improve processes and financial systems to increase operational efficiency Act as a trusted financial partner to leadership and cross-functional teams What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification 5 years in finance and accounting, including leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems Preferred : Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or prior experience with a national accounting firm LI-HK1 LI-Hybrid
